🚨 Action Needed: Speak Out Against SB 1007

SB 1007 would restrict annual assessment increases to the rate of inflation unless approved by a membership vote, creating serious financial challenges for California community associations and ultimately placing greater financial strain on homeowners.

The bill has advanced to the Senate floor and could be voted on soon. We encourage all advocates to contact your state senator by BOTH phone and email and urge them to oppose SB 1007.
