Monthly figure drawing sessions with a clothed figure model. Different themes each month ranging from cosplay to the theatric. Open to all skill levels. FUN!
What is it? Inspired by and in collaboration with the Orange Coast College Narrative Illustration Program, we are a community of art students, art professionals and art enthusiasts who are committed to the practice of costumed figure drawing. We gather once a month at Al Nomura Photography Studio with one or two professional figure models who dress up in a dramatic/theatrical theme for us to draw

There is no event this evening. We will resume in January or February.
Hi friends. I've had to postpone the figure Drawma yet again... It must be the holidays or something! Lol. Low sign ups so I had to postpone. We will still do a Star Wars theme next time - January. Also I've had requests for one long pose -- 4-5 hours for the painters. Chime in and let me know if this is something you guys would be up for. We could add this to the repertoire for future days. A sketch day and a painting day.

Hi friends -- I've had to postpone Novembers event... There is just too much to manage right now and my family is priority. I know you all understand and for those of you who I'm closest to, you already know what's up. I thank you all for your continued support.

Ladies and gents - I apologize but I've had to cancel this Friday's Drawma event until November. Untimely circumstances have me reprioritizing what I can tend to right now. Every third Friday of the month we gather to practice costumed figure drawing - in collaboration with the OCC Illustration Club, we are committed to mastering our craft and practicing as much as we can.
