We had over 50 shooters attend the 2026 CA State SXS Championship at Sun Mountain Gun Club in Coarsegold, California. Our hosts John and Shelly McCormick exceeded expectations this year! 🥳 The addition of an expansive 20-station Sporting Clays course provided a challenge for all skill levels equally.

The event featured hundreds of guns on display, including our LCSCA display of 22 unique and significant L. C. Smiths. A catered banquet concluded the days activities.

The LC Smith HOA was won by Ole Vandborg! Stephen Sipprell won best of show for the LCSCA display! Stephen was also admitted into the Hall of Fame! Congratulations to all! 🎉

We were grateful for the beautiful weather and targets! Thank you so much to everyone for a memorable weekend! ☀️

It was a L. C. Smith reunion at Davison’s Steakhouse where we enjoyed a wonderful time sharing stories and savoring a delicious meal after a fun day out on the course. 🤗

Well done to the everyone who earned a spot in the Challenge Cup yesterday! The Parker team won 238-228 🏆
