Today we got to watch the launch of Artemis 2, the littles were super excited to watch history and asked lots of questions. Quite a few have dreams to go to space one day. 🚀 🌎 🌖

Wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 The children all got their turkey dinner for lunch yesterday and they were definitely hungry because they ate so much and all said it was so good. They got to enjoy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for snack. Overall we felt the entire day was a success.

Typically we get to go to Sandy Fire,, but with them making the move this month to their new home they brought their fire prevention show to us ❤️ The kids got to learn about fire safety and then they brought a fire truck for the kids to see. Sadly Mother Nature let the rain come so the kids only got to see the fire truck turn on its lights, sirens and they honked the horn! Most of the kids were thrilled with that, there was only a couple who quickly moved back inside when siren and horn sounded. Huge Thank You to Sandy City Fire Department for always being willing to teach the littles about fire safety

And the last field trip of the summer was Jump Around Utah! Always a favorite with these kids, and became a favorite with some kids who went for the first time. They always come back exhausted from playing so hard, which I’ve heard from some parents that it’s always a glorious evening after this field trip…no fights about bedtime 😂

As we wind down the summer we went to Classic Skating one more time. The kids love going there and they play hard there!

One of the favorite summer activities we do each year is Marshmallow Structures. To see how creative the kids get with the marshmallows and toothpicks is great! Yes, you have to eat one or two along the way of building those structures too 😂

On a hot summer day noticing beats the heat better than a swimming pool! They kids absolutely loved cooling off in the pool and we have found this hidden gem of a pool where we can take them and know it’s not going to ever be super crowded
