I want you to reach your arms up above your head. Really stretched to the ceiling and then slide them down to the side of your body. I want you to roll out your shoulders and breathe deeply as I pray for us. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Bring us hope today, Lord.

Hoping you.

Hope in the future.

Hope in heaven and salvation.

The world feels very heavy.

But show us the things that we are carrying that you do not intend for us to carry.

Sometimes it's just. Our thoughts and feelings about something.

That is making it feel worse than it is.

Help us to lay everything down and to feel our, our body kind of sighed with relief. Oh, that feels better.

To climb into your lap Lord, and just say, I love you.

Come a childlike innocence, knowing that you will take care of us. You will give us everything that we need.

Thank you for the gift of today, Lord.

Help us to feel more love. And then to put more love out into the world.
