I am at best a luddite when it comes to AI.

But I learned a lot while creating the class video project.

1) Be specific.

2) Provide examples

3) If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.

The clips for Marianne and Bill Love were a great example.

The process was akin to rolling dice. Create a text prompt, push the send button, evaluate the results, tweak the text, resend, again and again.

When I asked AI to animate the last frame of Bill and Marianne with the border collies the algorithm created a mutant cyclops dog all on its own to fill in the panning motion with content.

I almost fell out of my chair in laughter.

I hope you had as much fun watching as I had making it.
