Finally! The Sandite Child Development Center will be open Friday, February 21st at 6:30 am. We are getting the parking lot scraped today but please roll in with caution as it might still have a few slick spots. Everyone be safe out there!
The Sandite Child Development Center will be closed Thursday, February 20th. While main roads might be good, neighborhood roads where all the staff live are not good yet. If the staff cannot safely make it in, we cannot be open. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as I know many of our parents will be needing care, but I have to consider the safety of staff as well as DHS regulations on staff to child ratios. I hope to be open Friday.
The Sandite Child Development Center will remain closed for Wednesday, February 19th. Weather conditions are not safe for getting out. Please understand this decision is not made without much thought. Everyone’s safety is important.
