This email went out this morning, so check your email if you've been waiting on a swim sesh!

The stars have aligned (seriously crazy summer camp & sports schedules and family commitments this year) and we are able to offer swim lessons next week!

We will be offering 1:1 lessons in each of the timeslots below. There are three water safety instructors so we will be able to accommodate 3 kiddos per half-hour slot:

4:00 FULL!
4:30 FULL
5:00 FULL!
5:30 FULL!

These will be M-Th the week of July 20 (so four lessons per child, $240).
They will be held at Sanbornton Town Beach off Dr. True Road.

I have included the folks on the email list for Parent Child Aquatics because there's a chance you might be out of the PCA realm and into the 1:1 zone. If you have a kiddo under 3, you are welcome to sign up for a 1:1 and we'll run it as a blended course of Parent Child Aquatics and Preschool Aquatics. That does mean you'll join in the water, but it also means we'll load you up with the tools, tips, and tricks for all of the practice you can guide this summer!

You can send an email to [email protected] (or better yet, a message through Brightwheel if you're already registered) if you're interested (please include which child/ren and preferred time slot and we'll confirm if you're booked. If you're new to OC, please include your child's full name, DOB, and the 3 C levels of swimming (comfort, confidence, and capability).

Hey OC, We're awaiting results for our other town beach and we'll keep you posted on what Plan B looks like for lessons tomorrow and Thursday!

*Advisory has been lifted as of 7/9*

Update: water was tested again on 7/3 and unfortunately was still high. Due to the holiday NHDES will test again on 7/7.

NH DES has tested the water at Winnisquam Beach and it has tested high for bacteria. They will come out and test it again tomorrow 7/2 and Thursday 7/3. You can check all the latest updates at https://www.des.nh.gov/water/healthy-swimming/healthy-swimming-mapper
