1st Annual Maricopa Hot Rods & Harleys Car Show where all vehicles and bikes are welcome!
We are a culinary club at Central Arizona College, putting on this event in hopes to help fundraise for the Caleb Rodriguez Culinary Scholarship. More info on our cause is located on our website at https://cacmiseenplace.com/scholarships. All proceeds will be donated towards this fund.
Pre-registration donations are $20 and can be paid to Mise En Place Club over the phone with the college's Accounts Receivable team at 520-494-5240. On the day of the event registration donation payments will be $25 and can be by cash, card, or check. Event is rain or shine. Free general entry for spectators.
*Check in will start at 8am!!*

February 4th, 2023!! It's the 1st annual Hot Rods & Harleys show here at Central Arizona College! All proceeds with be donated to building military care packages for soldiers overseas and to fundraise for Caleb's Culinary Scholarship.

CAC Mise En Place Hawaiian Luau 2022 is officially in the books and what an honor to host such an event as this! The beauty of Hawaiian cultural really shined through and the Ohana spirit was reflected back onto everyone that participated and enjoyed this event. Delicious food, fun activities and quality time with family and friends is just what this community needed. Huge mahalo to 808 de Grindz, Dolly Hula Hawaiian Dancers, Dance Spot, our club partner Phoenix Knife Fight and to all the students and volunteers!! See you back next year! 🤩🤙

Mahi Mahi sous vide in a cilantro, coriander, blood orange marinade served on top of fried plantain strips resting on a sweet potato and onion hash drizzled with blood orange wine and coconut lime reductions as well as a sous vide scallop and Mahi Mahi tostada with a mango, grilled pineapple, and blood orange salsa. The culinary class really tested their skills with this incredible dish on Wednesday night and here are some of their plates! Thanks for the recipe guest instructor Jack!
