Gan is a small Terra Linda based preschool, committed to joyful interest led learning, respect-based education and authentic play where children are respected and can create their own knowledge through hands on exploration and we are looking for a part/full time team teacher.

Qualifications for an ideal applicant include, being an excellent and respectful communicator, a passion for nature and the environment, background in EC education, a strong team player, supportive of RIE/respect based education and someone who brings with them a passion, joy, wonder and curiosity for young children and their abilities.

The children had an idea, created a plan and took the steps needed to add name tags for all of the items growing in our garden! A process that involved lots of team work and trial and error, but they persevered.

When a child is empowered to follow their unique ideas, it is an incredible experience for both the child and the adult .
