To our amazing community of friends, family and customers, it is with mixed emotions that we share a business update 😢 Due to inflation and rising cost of ingredients, as well as various life changes, it is no longer realistic for us to provide our services at the level of quality we hold ourselves to and a price that we feel is fair to our customers. Going forward we will not be accepting any new orders at either our Novato or San Mateo location. We are so thankful for the support we have received over the last 4+ years 🩷 Its been the most fun being welcomed into your homes and to be part of your most special life moments. Let’s pop the champagne 🍾 We’re finally sharing our most requested recipe! The best sugar cookies that are not only packed with flavor but also don’t spread while baking. . Sugar cookies recipe: 6 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 cups salted butter 4 tsp baking powder 3 Tbs vanilla 1 Tbs almond extract . Directions: Cream together butter and sugar. Do not over mix. Add eggs and extracts, scrape down bowl and mix until incorporated. Add baking powder and mix until just combined. Add flour in one cup at a time and mix until dough pulls away from the sides of your mixer, about a minute. Roll out on floured surface to about 3/8 inch thickness. Cut cookies using your favorite cutters and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. If cookies spread you can add a touch more flour. This recipe will yield about 36 cookies.
