Confession time. I tend to get inside my head and overthink s**t until I work myself up into a panic attack. But I have learned instead of letting myself spin completely out of control to grab my Neroli followed by either Frankincense or Copaiba and apply over my heart and wrists then deeply breathe in the aroma to not only immediately calm myself down but quiet my brain as well.
