Our virtual students from Illinois were in the area and we got to end the year with this treat again!

This year has been a good one for us at the studio.

We hired 3 new teachers.

We started teaching 23 new students.

We taught over 1,700 lessons.

We had 2 recitals.

We played Sights & Sounds for a 2nd time.

Sights & Sounds came back and so did we! 2nd time playing at S&S and we had a blast!

This year was tough logistically with everyone’s schedule and calendar but we did it.

We love to put stuff like this together because it is really fun but also there is so much you learn when playing in a group.

Huge thanks to parents for helping out transport and set up equipment.

Just wrapped up Winter Recital VIII!

We had 5 students perform for the first time and they crushed it.

We are proud of the hard work the students and teachers put in to making a wonderful recital full of beautiful Christmas music.

Looking forward to building off of this for Summer Recital IX.

Just a few more weeks left of summer break. Here’s a few shots from our 8th annual Summer Recital.

Congrats to our piano/voice instructor Raul! He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Music Education from Texas State University. Eat ‘em up cats!

He’s not gone yet but know that time is coming.

What a treat and way to end the year!

I started working with the older two students several years ago and then they moved out of state. We gave the virtual lessons a shot and found a good rhythm. The oldest is now doing percussion in school and I started the youngest one on piano TOTALLY VIRTUAL! I have only worked with her through a screen.

This was the first lesson I’ve ever done with her IN PERSON! ❤️

2024 has been a good one!
