After a small u-turn at 5.99% rates have been consistently dropping again by the day. Will we break into the 5’s again by May? We shall see. Meanwhile for perspective take a look at the 80’s. 🙃 …. Interesting how this coincides with the vast amount of new construction homes that were built in the Bay Area from 1974-1978.
