Doesn’t matter if you got good genetics. If you are not working hard enough those genetics do not mean anything. Not everyone got good genetics, including me but I work hard. Hard work will get you anywhere you want in life. So stop making excuses, get your stuff together and start grindin.!!!

🔥 Transformation 🔥


Last year and this year been really hard mentally and physically. There were ups but a lot of downs!! Not being able to workout last year was really hard mentally. Working out is something I am really passionate about and enjoy doing!! It’s my life!! Not being able to do so caused me to gain unwanted weight!!


Which almost led me to quit fitness, thinking it’s going to impossible to get back to the way I was beginning of 2020! But support from my fam got me back on it and helped me to push myself!! Now here I am at 187lb lost about 25lb in few months shows that nothing is impossible. All you gotta do is to push yourself and surround yourself with good people!!

🔥It Doesn’t Matter What They Think🔥 .

Life is not about what others think about you. It’s about what you think about yourself.


We often focus on what other people think about us and we forget to focus on ourselves. Which leads to negative 👎🏻 thoughts and bring negativity into our lives. .

I know it’s hard to ignore other people because they constantly around us and telling us what to do.


How to deal with them? What helped me the most is just listen to them from one ear and get it out from other ear đź‘‚. Or I usually nod my head and zone out. You know what best for you and what works for you. .

Life is short!! Do what makes you happy. Focus on yourself. Surround yourself with likeminded people. People that will bring positivity in life.

Flex Friday💪🏽!! I didn’t STARVE myself to get this!! I am down about 23lb in 4 months and I just need to drop about 2 more pounds to reach my goals!! The crazy part is that I been on same macros and cardio for last three months out of four month. I was losing 1 to 1.5lb a week. It’s crazy that I didn’t have to change anything!!


All I had to was to keep intensity high of my workouts and stay on diet! CRAZY part is I cheated and party every single weekend. But week days I was 100% with diet!! I like said in past dieting and losing weight is easy. People just make complicated.
