Grateful to GOD for this 1st place 🙏🏾… good pic minus the derpy (Zoolander) expression I have🤣🤣…for anyone with fitness goals trust the process & enjoy the journey💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾shout out to my Coach Bernie Eatmon, thank you very much for the routines sir, I have major room for growth & improvement, thank you for the intensity/focus as well💯 also to my guy Ray Hanna of for the posing coaching, I still have a lonnng way to go my guy, but we’s gon’ get there, shout out to my girl Daisy endless thank you’s for the protein cookies/cakes, love & support. Join us (WRK DAILY non profit) as we collab with Dorothy Liv inc., EITA, & New Millennium movement as we bring the CEA awards (Community Employee Award) & we honor everyday 9-5 workers throughout our communities for setting great examples, who serve their communities in various ways.
