Don't just sit on the sidelines. Get out there and move with your kids!
Moms, I know how easy it is to sit in the car and wait for practice to be over. I'm here to encourage you to use that time to MOVE. When my kids are running, so am I. I take this time to do a few laps around the block and get some miles in. When your kids see you exercise, you're setting the best example.
