I used to be really into spinning pens in high school lol. Joined a forum, sourced parts to make custom pens. I wasn't even that good but it was a fun thing to do during class 🤓

If you have chips in your Shun knives, don’t blame yourself! Almost every one of them that I see has some sort of damage. There’s something off about their heat treatment process which results in a brittle edge :(
