Get ripped from smile push ups! Your joy needs daily reps to grow strong, just like your muscles at the gym. 💪 🛑 STOP waiting for happiness to find you and start training for it from the inside out.

Aim for happiness as the bullseye rather than the byproduct! I'm so grateful to have been selected by my peers to present on how we can systematically measure our happiness vitals to flourish from the inside out.

Day 3 of amazing insights on longevity, emerging AI standards, and building better systems to track human flourishing. Collaborating with the IEEE group to establish new well-being metrics is a powerful step forward.

Happy Birthday to the man who gave his everything to his family! Dad, you have shown us hard work, dedication, loyalty, devotion, integrity, curiosity, creativity, positivity and most of all love. Day 2 of offered an incredible look at the future of breath work with . 🫁✨ I tested out a breathing device to help measure my breath! I guess I did pretty well for a first-time breath measurer!

It was fun to mingle with the flourishing community! I was able to meet a few colleagues in person! It is so wonderful to work with Tamara Lechner in the Flourishing AI department at Harvard and with Iliana Grosse-Buening at Deeply Human Innovation to further flourishing with AI through an initiative at the IEEE. I had a special moment sharing my work with them! There is something to be said for speaking the same language!

It’s so exciting to discover how we can harness the power of new AI technologies to maintain our upward spirals!
