Did you know I gifted myself a yoga teacher training program for my 40th birthday. It has been on my bucket list since I was in my early twenties. It helped break a limiting belief for me. Being a mom of two young children I always thought I couldn’t do so many things until 18 years later. I loved playing this game called “What if”. What if I did a yoga teacher training and what if I did it at my favorite yoga studio in Sf . It was in Sf, over an hour away. I did have to find childcare but it was amazing because my world not only in motherhood but in Covid got to be that much bigger.I did not feel guilty because I was nourishing myself so I could come home with a full cup to fill the cups of my children and be a good mom. I don’t need to wait. I can say yes to myself and I can say yes to them. And that’s so huge. Ok tearing up right now but tell me something you did to nourish your soul. And if you haven’t lately, what’s a limiting belief you have around that? I want to challenge you to Really play with the idea of “what if” . What if saying yes to you was exponentially saying yes to yourself too? -yourself

Hi Everyone! It has been way too long since I have been on my insta!! I have been busy having a baby, raising my babe and now we are in baby number 2 on the way!!
