Terrific group of folks on hand for our Ultimate Pasta Sauces Class! Featuring: Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne alla Puttanesca, Cavatappi with Basil, Spinach, Arugula, Almond Pesto,and Spaghetti alla Carbonara. Deeelicious π! Everyone did an amazing job!

Last night's amazing Dim Sum Favorites Class featuring, Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai, Crab Rangoon, and Chinese Pot Stickers with Chicken, Cabbage, Ginger and Green Onion filling. Thank you all that attended! It was a blast!

We had an amazing group on hand for today's stupendous "Saturday Morning Bake Shop" class. We also featured some fun Mocktails and an updated twist on some delicious Champagne Mimosas! Today's spread featured: Palmiers, Lemon Curd-Berry Tarts, Flaky Orange- Currant Scones and New York -Streusel Crumb Cake.

Last night's delicious Spanish Tapas class! Over these past 18 years of running my little cooking school I've been so honored and eternally grateful that people show up, participate and have a great time! We always have such amazing and interesting people in attendance and last night's group was no exception. It's such a great feeling to connect with so many fine folks and yes, the food was delicious and everyone did a fantastic job! Thank you everyone for making it such a fun ride!

We had a super nice family of six book a fun birthday party/ cooking class for dad. It was a sumptuous feast featuring Vegan/ Vegetarian Paella, A couple of Vegan Tapas dishes and a refreshing Mango Sorbet in Lemon Cups with Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies and Raspberries on the side. Delicious π!

Saturday afternoon's spectacular Sweet and Savory Souffle Class! Everyone did such an amazing job with their mise en place, prep and technique that every souffle came out perfecto!
We also had a family of four in attendance with Cleveland Heights (Coventry) roots, who, like so many of us, are big tommy's restaurant fans! A good time was had by all!

What a super fun group of attendees we had in last night's amazing and incredibly delicious Paella Festival Class! Our tantalizing lineup included a vegetarian paella, seafood paella and a linguica and chicken paella. Also on hand, endless pitchers of refreshing homemade Sangria! π· π π

Last night was a super fun private group class. The kids (who are all grown up) had booked this class as a Christmas present for their parents back in December so they could all be together to celebrate. From deep in our class archives they chose the "New York-New York" menu which we hadn't done in years! The menu featured, Waldorf Salad, Steak Delmonico with garlic-herb compound butter, Roast Potato Wedges, Mushrooms Flambe Astoria, and the show stopping classic Baked Alaska! Delicious! π Thank you John Gullotto and Elias for helping out!

A really special class night with a fantastic group of folks in attendance! We featured the "Flavors of Tuscany and Lombardy" menu w/ Casseruola di Polenta, Asparagi e Carote alla Vinaigrette, Brasato di Pollo, and Granita ai Frutti di Bosco π. Absolutely delicious, π everyone did an amazing job!

We had a super fun, cozy, and heartfelt Valentine's class this year. Featuring: French Onion Soup Stuffed Mushrooms, Roasted Shrimp with Cherry-Horseradish Sauce, Spinach-Artichoke Phyllo Tartlets, Baked Brie with Honey, Thyme and Rosemary and a complete Champagne Cocktail Bar! An amazing group this year, Thank you all for attending! John C.,Kim, Adam, Julie, Keith, Ken, John Cu., Marina, and my niece Natalie Wittenbrook and her fiance Cam! We had an amazing day creating oodles of noodles and tons of tortellini in our fresh handmade pasta workshop! Such a fun group! Thanks to all that attended; Deb, Audrey, David, Larry, Jon, Andrea, Debbie, Harry, Pablo and Jess! And thanks to Marie Thornton and Maddie for helping out and assisting. A special shout out to Audrey for helping me demonstrate the first batch of pasta, you did a great job!

The high schoolers are back! Another fun private group class with the high school lads, this time with Finn, Tommy, Eric and Rex with Maddie and Rephina helping out. We did The Flavors of Old Algiers (French-Algerian Cuisine) featuring: Salade du Maghreb, Tagine de Poulet, Riz et Bette a Carde and Gateau au Yaourt au Citron. It was delicious, everyone did a fantastic job!
