VSA at UCSF

Deviating from the traditional VSA Culture Show formula, our theme this year was a parody of the "Paris by Night" variety show, celebrating Vietnamese culture by putting modern twists on traditional dances and folklore interspersed with comedic explanations, hijinks, and childhood stories discussing Vietnamese history and growing up as a Vietnamese American, all while tying it back to being a student at UCSF working towards a career in healthcare.
And no "Paris by Night" parody would be complete without a cluttered promotional poster to go with it ;)

VSA held its Second Annual Spring Roll Night the week before Fall 2015 finals, bringing together students from all graduate programs at UCSF to enjoy a fun night filled with delicious fried rice, Asian juice boxes, and learning how to roll Vietnamese spring rolls!

A quick reminder that VSA's Tet Banquet is tonight, February 17, from 5-7pm at the City Lights room in Millberry Union. Enjoy some delicious Vietnamese food, musical acts, games, and more. Hope you see you there!
