The host, Mick, started yelling at me for no putting the mats away 5 mins before the Open Gym was up. As far as I’m concerned, I paid for 1h30mins of whatever I’d like to work on, not for a hostile environment and 1h55mins.
It has never happened with other hosts. Furthermore, he went on to claim that we had to put things away before 9pm because he had to catch a bus. I’m sorry but that’s none of the guests’ concern.
I’ve been coming to AcroSports since the end of 2017, and it has never happened.
Thanks to this, I will not step a foot in a facility that doesn’t care for his guests. Hopefully, Mick doesn’t treat his other guests with the same energy as he did with me tonight.
