I was talking to a friend recently whoâs really feeling it financially right now.
Like⌠stressed, stretched, trying to hold it all together.
She said something I havenât been able to shake:
âI wanted to take my kids somewhere fun this summer⌠but I just canât afford it. So weâre staying home and it feels so lame.â
That hit me.
Because I think a lot of moms are quietly carrying that same pressure right nowâ
especially with everything going on and summer coming.
Feeling like weâre supposed to create these big, magical experiencesâŚ
even when it doesnât make sense financially.
But hereâs what I keep coming back to:
Your kids donât measure your love in plane tickets or hotel upgrades.
They donât know what something âshouldâ cost.
They donât see the numbers.
They donât feel the financial pressure behind the scenes.
They remember you.
Your time.
Your attention.
Your energy.
The moments where youâre actually present.
The laughter. The random traditions.
The pancakes bigger than their heads on a random Tuesday.
Do they get excited about trips? Of course.
But what they actually want⌠is you.
You donât have to stretch yourself thin or go into debt to create a meaningful summer for your kids.
Youâre already doing more than you think.
And thatâs not lame. Not even close. đ

Iâve talked to so many moms lately who are feeling itâŚ
The pressure.
The uncertainty.
That âI thought we were okayâ feeling.
With layoffs happening left and right, itâs not just about extra income anymoreâitâs about peace of mind.
And the part people donât really talk about?
Still having to show up for your kidsâŚ
Head into the weekendâŚ
Keep things feeling normalâeven when your mind is running.
Thatâs a lot to carry.
I think thatâs why more women are open to conversations they wouldnât have entertained a year ago.
Not out of desperationâ
but out of a desire to have options.
And honestly⌠I get it đ¤

The Invisible Load.
We donât talk about it enough.
Working moms arenât just working.
Theyâre juggling:
⢠School drop-offs
⢠Sports schedules
⢠Doctor appointments
⢠Homework and projects
⢠Dinner
⢠Being emotionally present
All while trying to secure income.
That kind of pressure doesnât show up on a resume.
But itâs real.
Trying to pivot.
Trying to provide.
Trying to hold everything together â and still be a present mom.
Thatâs not weakness.
Thatâs resilience.
Most women figure it out â even when no one sees the work behind it.đ¤

đˇ Sunday Thought
Moms â if youâre in a season of looking for work or wondering whatâs next⌠please know you have options. đ
Balancing family, career, and everything in between isnât easy. But Iâve seen time and again that when women open themselves up to new possibilities, doors begin to open.
The market is changing â and so are the ways women can build careers that truly work for their families and their ambitions. Whether thatâs something flexible, meaningful, or completely new â there are paths waiting for you.
We thrive off of helping women find purpose-driven, family-friendly ways to create income and impact. đ
After nearly two decades connecting with ambitious, big-hearted women here on Facebook, one of my favorite things is helping moms see they donât have to settle. There are opportunities that fit your life and your goals.
đŹ We would love to hear â if youâre a mom, what kind of work-life balance would feel ideal for you right now?
Youâre not in this alone. đˇ

âBut that company isnât sexy.â
Oh, you think? đ
These women. These leaders. I have never been more grateful â or more proud. They are truly some of the most amazing people Iâve ever met. They cheer for everyone. They love big. The culture here? It brings me to tears.
Nearly 16 years ago, we pivoted and called this place home. And when I say itâs the best decision weâve ever made for our family and the people we love⌠I mean it.
Weâre having our biggest year yet â and I absolutely love what I do. â¤ď¸
With hard work, heart, and a willingness to be coachable, these women are changing the game for the modern working mom and their families.
Because itâs not if life will hit â itâs when.
Thatâs why you need a Plan B.
Theyâre doing it all while working full time.
Market saturation? A myth.
Getting in early? A lie.
Weâre simply offering people a lifeboat in times of so much uncertainty. đ
BET. đĽ

đ¸ A Monday morning Note to the Moms and Women in Transition đ¸
Sometimes life doesnât go as planned. Careers shift. Jobs change. Kids grow. And weâre left wondering: whatâs next for me?
Hereâs the truth â Youâve already done hard things. Youâve already proven resilience. Youâve already overcome challenges that required grit, sacrifice, and courage.
⨠You can pivot.
⨠You can rewrite your story.
⨠You can be your own hero in this next chapter.
The hardest step is simply giving yourself permission to explore a different path.
This week, remind yourself: you are capable of more than you give yourself credit for. The opportunity to rise, grow, and create a new kind of success is already waiting for youâyou just have to give yourself the chance.
