One of my favorite hours each week is when I get to lead this amazing group of humans through a sweaty vinyasa practice. Best “job” ever! ♥️💙💛💚🧡💜

Join me for my last public vinyasa class this year tonight at 5pm at 800 Innes Ave in the Bayview. There’s plenty of parking and canine friends have been known to down dog with you 🐶
