Rejection hurts as we all want to be loved and seen for who we are. Our survival depends on being accepted into the social tribe and rejection can mean death in some situations. If you have been rejected it is time to go within and learn to love yourself and find tools to rebuild your confidence, worthiness, and time to choose not to reject yourself.
Remember that rejection speaks louder about others lack of capability to hold your energy, see you and the lack of ability to see you clearly than a reflection of who you are. It is more important than ever to know and understand who you are and embrace yourself more fully. Ask yourself what parts of yourself are you rejecting of yourself and how can you love and accept these parts more fully? Are there parts that can evolve? transform? Are you acting as a mirror for others who are actually rejecting themselves and this rejection is more about them? Put a hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and breath. You are loved. You are supported and you are bing initiated into your personal sovereignty. , , ,
