Today in our art class at San Francisco Montessori Academy, the children had fun creating their own self-portraits. They looked closely at their faces and used their creativity to draw their eyes, nose, mouth, hair, and other unique features. It was wonderful to see each child express their personality and imagination through their artwork. Each portrait was unique and special, just like the child who created it! 🎨✨

Today, our young artists explored the fascinating world of sea creatures! Using bright colors and oil pastels, they created this beautiful seahorse full of imagination and creativity. Every line, shape, and color choice reflects a child’s unique perspective and growing confidence as an artist.

My family will always be grateful for everyone at San Francisco Montessori Academy. After my wife passed away, my daughter Sanaia and I were going through one of the most difficult times of our lives. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff welcomed us with compassion, patience, and genuine love. They provided Sanala with a safe, nurturing environment where she could learn, grow, and simply be a happy little girl. Watching her gain confidence, build friendships, and look forward to going to school every day gave me tremendous peace of mind as a single father. What sets SMA apart is that they don't just educate children, they truly care about the families they serve. Every teacher, administrator, and staff member treated us with kindness and respect, and I will never forget the support they showed us during such a challenging chapter of our lives. As Sanaia prepares to begin kindergarten in San Mateo, we leave with full hearts and countless wonderful memories. We will always consider SFMA a part of our family. If you're looking for a preschool where your child will be genuinely loved, encouraged, and given an outstanding early education, I wholeheartedly recommend San Francisco Montessori Academy. Enrolling our child at SF Montessori Academy has been one of the best decisions we've ever made! 🎨 Art Class: What a beautiful piece of artwork! Our young artists painted a sailboat and did an amazing job capturing its reflection in the water. It’s wonderful to see their creativity, observation skills, and attention to detail come to life on canvas. We are so proud of their work! ⛵💙
