We are proud to announce that Becky Duffy has advanced to serve as President of NevPana. Becky brings 17 years of nursing experience, with nearly 12 of those years dedicated to perioperative nursing. In 2022, she achieved her CAPA certification, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in patient care. After being nominated as Vice President in 2023, Becky has continued to show strong leadership and passion for advancing nursing practice.

Her commitment to professional development is evident through her CAPA certification in 2020 and her service as an Item Writer and Reviewer for the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification over the past three years. Arlene also served two impactful years as NevPANA’s Member-at-Large, where she championed education, advocacy, and community engagement.

She deeply values NevPANA’s camaraderie, support, and dedication to lifelong learning—and now, she’ll help lead the way.
