IT DOESN’T HAVE TO TAKE FOREVER!
It can happen right now.
That professional breakthrough you’ve been wishing for.
Trust me, I have been there in feeling overwhelmed and disheartened thinking the journey to where I want to be will take forever.
I have completely felt that way when I see what’s in my way, and just to be clear, what’s in my way is usually myself.
I know it can totally feel like a huge lift, but the truth is that you can see big shifts very quickly when the starting point for your professional breakthroughs is your personal growth journey.
Let me explain! I recently had a conversation with a business owner who was incredibly focused on growing her business - doing all the things to get it on a growth track. She admitted that the real work she needed to do was with her personal health journey. She had been off and on again for YEARS with those things that would solidify the healthy lifestyle she wanted for herself.
We talked about taking the actions that would support her - but the real shift was her acceptance of doing what she needed to do for the future she wanted.
And you know what? Not even a week later, after she made that commitment and took aligned actions towards it, she had not one, not two, but three INCREDIBLE expansive moments on her business.
🦉 BIG changes can happen in an instant. Don’t believe your own limiting thoughts about timelines.
When you start with looking at where your personal growth opportunities are and fully commit the shift starts in that very moment! Keep an eye out for the results because they can be big or small.
If you’re looking for support to achieve your professional or business goals - I’d be thrilled to talk. Like a surgeon - I know how to help you get to the heart of the matter so you can see results FAST! DM me to get your breakthrough started.
💫 Have you experienced this yourself? Share in the comments I’d love to hear your story!

Feeling grateful for this beautiful review from Kelly, host of the podcast.
Kelly experienced one of my inner critic sessions and took the time to integrate that into her preparation for the interview - which led to a jam packed conversation around how you can start this work today.
During the episode we talked about the power of reframing self doubt and the small intentional shifts that build the road to lasting confidence.
If you’ve ever wanted to turn down the volume of your inner critic and turn up the voice of self trust, this episode is for you.

I was in a job that made my heart sink every morning I woke up. I dragged myself to work, and blasted my music to find an once of motivation to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
It seemed my boss looked for every opportunity to find what I wasn’t doing right, and I did the bare minimum at work because that’s all I had the energy for.
This is a bit of what ‘quiet cracking’ can look like, and I’m looking forward to talking about what leaders and employees can do to prevent this situation from happening alongside four incredible colleagues.

It’s time to stop diminishing yourself and your possibilities.
If my saying this makes you feel even more disheartened because you don’t know how then my friend stop your scroll.
You do not have to live a life where you are constantly questioning yourself, being mean to yourself and being the cause of your own sadness and frustration.
For a long time I didn’t know it was possible to BE different and have a different relationship with my inner critics - I thought that was just ‘who I was’.
Now I am thrilled EVERY SINGLE TIME I get to support someone in experiencing a complete shift with the negative voice inside their head.
I still remember my excitement when powerhouse international speaker, .lipschutz.csp trusted me to have an inner critic session with her - because I knew something powerful would unfold, IN JUST ONE SESSION.
“I’ve worked with life coaches and counselors before, but this was different. The parts work we did surprised me with how much surfaced in just one session. I walked away with clarity I didn’t expect and a set of personal ‘prompt words’ that still help me shift my mindset every time my inner critic shows up.”
This is why I love using parts work. It’s about meeting every part of yourself with love instead of resentment, and discovering practical tools you can use daily to shift from self-criticism to self-acceptance.
Thank you, Natsuyo for trusting me with this work, for showing up so bravely and for allowing me to witness your transformation.

Today I am returning from a trip, which included a visit to the Dachau Concentration Camp in Munich, Germany. This photo is an art memorial at the site - I leave the interpretation to you.
It has always been hard for me to imagine they why and the how of so many people that participated in such blatant dehumanization and atrocious acts.
The more I have learned about human behavior and motivations, the more I truly believe that everyone has a reason for thier behavior. And at the same time, the more I hold firm the need to be wide awake to what we have come to accept as status quo.
While the scale may be smaller in our work environments, do not be fooled by the deep and lasting impact that words and actions have on people. No matter how someone presents themselves, we all have fragile hearts. No matter the lengths to which people self protect - fawn, fight or freeze - how we treat eachother matters.
As leaders it is our responsibility to stand up to abuses of power. Yes, there may be consequences. Yes, you may be the only one, and it may make your heart pound and your palms sweat.
But one person standing up is how all change has ever been accomplished. One person speaking out. One person saying ‘not on my watch’.
In crazy, uncertain and disheartening times, never forget that you are powerful beyond measure and that your actions matter.

Telling your own story is harder than it looks. Even the most experienced marketers and storytellers can find it tough to step back, see their own strengths clearly and put it all into words that feel authentic, not forced or generic
I had the pleasure of working with Deidre, a talented woman in marketing who was amazing at helping others shine, but when it came to touting her own strengths, it was harder to find the words. Together we uncovered what made her story powerful, realigned it with her goals and built something that finally felt like her.
The shift? More clarity, more confidence and a sense of direction that felt aligned. AND landing a new job - which was the ultimate goal.
Thank you Deidre for trusting me with your story, it was such a privilege to support you and this kind of feedback? It means more than you know.
If you’re feeling stuck trying to explain who you are, what you do or what makes you different - I’m here to help. Let’s make your story work for you.

You may have seen it in my emails or newsletters - my go to sign off “Stay Feisty and Fabulous”🔥
Didn’t know I had a newsletter? See link in bio to sign up!
When I first started using this sign off, I second guessed myself. Was it too bold? Too Feminine? Would it resonate across the board? But guess what... The love and feedback I have gotten over the years told me everything I needed to know. It sticks because it speaks to something real.
Feisty is that fire in your gut that pushes back, speaks up and says “Things need to change”, “I want more”, or any other version of not being ok with the status quo.
Fabulous is your full self on display no matter who’s watching. Your brilliance, weirdness, your shine. It’s the freedom to BE YOU, no edits.
Combine these things and you’re unstoppable. Keep the fire stoked, and use your superpowers to create the change you want to see.
So yeah, stay feisty and fabulous.
Keep challenging the norm and showing up fully - this is how magic is made.
Who do you know that’s Feisty and Fabulous? Tag them below!

This week I had the pleasure of meeting a new friend, over gelato at .
This was made possible because ._stafford_ gifted me a book that he wrote wrote, called ‘The Value of Immeasurable Things’. Following a message and gratitude for this gift and new connection, plans were made to meet up in person.
The book is all about how companies have so much to gain by considering an overlooked talent pool - which includes artists, musicians and creatives. It’s an a compilation of his articles written for and it’s so powerful.
While the meaning behind the title of this book is referring to how artists have the skill to value immeasurable things, I walked away from our gelato 🍨 conversation appreciative of the immeasurable phenomenon of human connection. And even moreso - connection that fills your literal and figurative cup. Making this kind of effort is how I think we combat loneliness and the feeling of isolation in a WFH world.
I’m excited to say that we have plans to partner for a future podcast interview!
If you have meet up plans this weekend with new connections, give me a 🍨 in the comments! 😂
