🌿✨💕I’ve designed and scheduled this class mostly for moms who give themselves permission to get away from family demands in order to nourish themselves. Join me a magical ✨session of strength building and then NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) with Yoga Nidra; you won’t be disappointed. I grew up on a farm that my parents still live on. It is a hard enough job doing what they do and this farmer far exceeds the boundaries of “farming”. The programs that she f is running are amazing. Not only will you support a black owned business that needs some solidarity right now but a woman too. Please sign the petition. Link in my bio.

For far too long, Black women’s voices have gone unheard, even though they’ve been using their voices loudly for centuries to enact change. Today, more than ever, it is NECESSARY that we create a unifying action to center Black women’s lives, stories, and calls to action. We need to listen to Black women.

This is why we created .

Tomorrow, Black women will speak from the Instagram accounts of white women. I can’t wait for you to meet - her work has changed me.

The intention of this campaign is to magnify Black women and the important work that they’re doing in order to catalyze the change that will only come when we truly hear each other’s voices.”
