So excited for today’s Discovery Track Workshops!

I’ll be presenting on a subject near & dear to my heart… 😂

H E A R T ❤️ T Y P E S

It’s a beautiful day in San Fransisco (the Texas summer made me forget what nice temperatures feel like 😅) and I can’t wait to meet everyone at the conference!

I am SO excited for the International Enneagram Association Global Conference this week!!

I’ll be presenting with ’s Milton Stewart about Heart Types: 2, 3, and 4!

This is my first Enneagram conference, and my first ever in-person Enneagram event I’ll be attending. The energy of a group of people focused on their inner work is incredible. So healing, so open, so free. I’ve felt it on Zoom, and can’t wait to experience it in real life!

It’s been so fun putting together my presentation introducing Types 2, 3, and 4, and can’t wait to share it!

If you’re going to the Conference or joining virtually, please leave a comment here! I’d love to meet you and get to know you in San Fransisco!!

Fellow 3’s, I’m looking at you 👀😂

3’s are skilled at what I call “chameleoning.” We can quickly perceive what others view as “successful” then shape shift into whatever that is, even if that means abandoning or hiding who we truly are.

In many ways, it’s an asset. It makes us likable, good communicators, strong performers, and effective at what we put our minds to.

The problem is, if we’re constantly shape shifting, it’s a slippery slope. We can quickly get out of touch with who we really are, drop our morals and values, and become someone unrecognizable - becoming afraid that who we truly are isn’t good enough.

Hello imposter syndrome. Hello workaholism. Hello hyper competitiveness.

3’s, remember that you don’t need everyone to like you. Get to know and like who you are, and let that be enough!

You don’t have to stop chasing your dreams or appreciating the spotlight. You just have to make sure you’re chasing dreams you *actually want to achieve* and not defining your self worth based on your performance.

I know that’s easier said than done, but I know you can do it. Here’s your reminder to try ❤️

I like to think of 7's and 4's as two ends of the same spectrum, like a mirrored version of each other.
