We woke each day with meditation, yoga, posture and strength practices on at the foot of the volcano.
A highlight was a Shamanic Fire Ceremony âan incredible representation of the Mayan culture.

Thank you for the opportunity to share movement and mindfulness in the workplace.
Little Wonders are simple, daily habits that easily fit your lifestyle and your desk!
Today my workshop focused on simple movements that open the front body while providing retraction of the back body and release of tight upper trapezius muscles âoverused in desk jobs.
Then we jumped into postural support moves, spinal release and breath work for a renewed sense of calm right at the midday 3pm slump.
They reported feeling calm yet energized- đđ» đđ»
Thank you to for the shameless plug đđđ

Accountability partnerships can be a game-changer for lasting change but only if you build them right.
Here's the real deal: if your partner isn't someone who gets your struggles, your unique rhythms, and your goals, you're setting yourself up for frustration.
Accountability isn't about policing each other; it's about creating a supportive, honest space where you both can show up â even on the tough days.
I once worked with a client, Lisa, who paired up with a friend to tackle healthier habits. They started strong, texting daily check-ins. But when life got chaotic, their messages dried up and so did their progress. The fix? They shifted from daily check-ins to weekly calls, focusing on sharing wins and struggles without judgment. That adjustment made all the difference.
The takeaway? Set clear expectations with your partner upfront: How often will you check in? What kind of support do you need? How will you celebrate progress? And, importantly, what will you do when setbacks hit?
Building an accountability partnership that sticks means accepting the messiness of change together. It's not about perfection â it's about commitment, kindness, and showing up even when it's hard.
What's one quality you look for in an accountability partner? Let's talk about it.

Three silent mojo killers hiding in your environmentâand how to kick them out:
1. Clutter chaos: Your crowded space is stealing your focus and stressing you out. Start smallâclear one drawer or shelf this week. You'll be amazed how a little order fuels your brain.
2. Energy vampires: People who drain your spirit, often without meaning to. Notice who leaves you feeling tired or anxious. Set boundaries or limit time with those who don't lift you up.
3. Digital overwhelm: Screens buzzing non-stop? Your brain needs breathing room. Try a daily tech timeoutâeven 10 minutes away can reset your mood and mojo.
Your space and company shape your energy more than you realize. Clear the clutter, choose your circle wisely, and unplug to plug back into yourself. Ready to reclaim your mojo?
