1. You may think any fat you consume will go straight from your lips to your hips, but thatโs not entirely accurate. Any nutrient, whether itโs a fat, carbohydrate, or protein will be converted into body fat if you eat too much of it.
2. Your body needs it โ
A steady diet of skinless chicken breasts with dressing salads isnโt just bland, it may also be dangerous. The human body cannot survive without fat. In addition to acting as an energy source it provides a protective cushion for your bones and organs and keeps your hair and skin healthy.
3. Lower doesnโt always mean better.
4. Fish contains the healthiest fats.

This is so important ๐ฏ
When we start our fitness journey, we want to gain all the possible information and knowledge and do it all together. This approach may work out for some, but we recommend not to be so hard on yourself.
We want you to realize the power of โone step at a timeโ and have the patience and discipline to focus on sustainable changes โจ
It may happen that a person who works out every single day and eats right may feel miserable when that person does not see the results on a weight scale. The person may think that all the hard work is going in vain and may ignore the good habits that he/she might have inculcated in themselves such as developing the habit of daily movement, becoming more energetic and active, knowing the importance of mindful eating, increase in strength and endurance ๐ช๐ฅ
A small reminder:
Change takes time โ It takes time for seeds to grow within ๐
Time to understand the process โฆ time for growth, time to mature, and time for the old self to die and fall away.
