🗣️It’s STI Awareness Week! Be honest, when was the last time you got tested? And did you get tested after EACH one? A lot of STIs don’t show symptoms... so feeling okay doesn’t always mean you’re good.
This week is a reminder to take care of you and the people you’re intimate with.

A lot of people are walking around feeling fine thinking they’d know if something was wrong or moving off just it vibes... that’s how things get passed around quietly.

What a great start to STI Awareness Week 🙌🏾
The SFDPH is reporting major progress in 2025 👏🏾
📉 Syphilis ⬇️ 24%
📉 Chlamydia ⬇️ 18%
📉 Gonorrhea ⬇️ 5%
This is HUGE for our city 💙
A big part of this progress? Access to doxy-PEP — a prevention option helping reduce syphilis & chlamydia, especially among communities most impacted. SF was the FIRST in the country to roll out guidance in 2022 🔥
But we’re not stopping here…

✔️ If you test positive — get treated ASAP & let partners know
