College Degree or Not: The Key is Lifelong Learning

As I reflected on some of the greatest figures in history—leaders, innovators, philosophers, and humanitarians—I realized something profound: Success doesn’t always require a college degree.

✅ For much of human history, there were no degrees. Yet, people achieved incredible things through curiosity, self-learning, and mastery of their craft.

✅ Of the people I looked at, around 39% had a formal degree, while 61% did not. Yet, their contributions shaped our world in incredible ways.

✅ What truly set these individuals apart was their commitment to learning and applying what they learned. Whether through formal education or self-directed learning, they mastered their fields through consistent practice.

✅ These days, with the proliferation of degrees and certifications, finding a job can be tougher without formal credentials. But if you start something on your own and deliver results, who cares if you have a degree? What matters most is the value you bring.

Success is not defined by your degree but by your dedication to growth and results.
