Today is Women's Equality Day. It has only been celebrated since 1971 and commemorates the anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment. We have come far and have farther yet to go , but we can never forget those who led the way....

Last week I told a client to replace ALL her self doubt with positive reinforcement. We started with: “No one at this meeting agreed with me because...” then switched to “I can see the big picture and have leadership in my bones.” It was great! Can you replace your self doubt with a more positive inner dialogue?

Do not let them!
Try this: “I’m interested in what you are saying but I’m going to make my point then hand it over to you.” If you try it let me know how people reacted!

Today is World Humanitarian Day, a global celebration of people helping people. Mother Teresa will always be a symbol of what this day stands for. She lived everyday caring for others.
