Reunion Announcement – Important Reminders
As we get closer to the reunion.
1. Bring Cash or Pay with Venmo for Raffle Tickets
We will be selling raffle tickets throughout the event. Prizes include gift baskets, store gift cards, premium items, collectibles and gifts, hotel stay, vacation homes and multiple CASH prizes!
2. Wear Your Wristband at All Times
Each paid attendee will receive a wristband at check-in. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn throughout the event. Your wristband also serves as your ticket to the lunch buffet, so please do not remove it.
3. Soda and Alcoholic Beverages Available for Purchase
A Cash Bar will be available for those who wish to purchase soda and alcohol beverages.
4. Review Your Registration Information
If you have already registered, please log in to the reunion website and verify that your name, alumni year, and guest information are correct. If any updates are needed, please email the SJS Reunion Committee - [email protected]
5. No On-Site Registration
Registration will close on July 18. There will be no registration available at the event, so please register before the deadline.
6. Requests to Sit with Family Members
We understand that many alumni will be attending with family members. If you would like to be seated together, please email us with your request no later than July 18. We will do our best to accommodate special seating requests; however, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the maximum capacity for each table is 12 seats.
7. No Rearranging of Tables or Chairs - To ensure safety and venue compliance, adding, removing, or moving chairs between tables will not be permitted.
8. Arrive on Time - Registration and check-in will be available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM only. Please plan to arrive promptly to avoid delays. We will be on site for those of you who want to come earlier than 11am.
9. Professional Photographer On-Site
Since he's one of our batchmates, we'd like him to enjoy the reunion too. His complimentary photography will be available only during these times:
10:30–11:45 AM & 2:30–3:30 PM
