EXCITING NEWS!!

APA is acquiring new facilities in downtown San Diego. We will be the only dance studio with major performance facilities as part of our complex. More information coming soon.

We will be on a brief hiatus during transition (NO CLASSES DURING TRANSITION). All current and existing dance packs will be more than extended during the downtime dating back to July 1st due to the lack of selection during our trial period in Bay Park.

More information coming soon. Get ready for a bigger stronger community org.

Thank you to all our students at APASTUDIOS as there have been all kinds of changes and compromises to ensure the continuance of classes during this MAJOR transition. And, thank you to the wonderful directors of The Movement Dance Center for making sure things continue.

In the meantime, we have been swamped with our Executive Director / Co-Founder, Kevin Charles Patterson, working on his project (for which he is also the Executive Producer AND Founder), the San Diego International Fringe Festival - currently running in multiple venues throughout San Diego & Tijuana July 23 - Aug 2, 2015.

WE'RE VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW and having had an action packed month with all the artists that have flown in from across the country and around the world, it's been a handful to get everything in. Once this monster arts event is over we'll be able to better serve our students that have followed us with loyalty for 22 years.

WOAH!! We've had some GREAT evening classes!! So much fun!!

It's a volunteer driven community event that helps Artists, Venues, Local Businesses, & boosts cultural activity for the City of San Diego.

AND, SDFRINGE provides 100% of the ticket sales to the artists.

And, the demolition begins on what was meant to be a very temporary home for APASTUDIOS (temporary lasted 6 years).
