Garimot Los Angeles

This month and through the next, we are going through the series of 7. We will go through each of the 7 until all the students reach a standard level of mastery. Each student has to feel comfortable with the empty hand/grappling. It's good practice and it's good training. It's also good self defense. There are people who are gonna wonder how and what we're doing. This is Garimot Buno! If you don't know, then maybe you need to ask somebody.

Day 2: Another G*T San Diego Class scheduled for Sunday morning in Paradise Hills/Southeast San Diego. We just keep training and training

G*T San Diego Class on Saturday morning went very well! Our focus was on standing Buno and making sure the grappling was in the right position, learning to switch hands, going in order 1-7, reverse order 7-1, and then randomly calling out 1-7 from hand tap, wall, etc. until the lock was memorized. Then, we went into Cinco Teros and broke down the steps, footwork, largo, movements, and strikes.

Later in the afternoon, we got a broken sticks, and cut it into thirds to replace training knife. Trying to save funds for new students who want to train.

This G*T Ninong doesn't mess around when it comes to training.

If you think that we are going to post videos of our training, then please use your imagination. We recruit through in old school way of word of mouth, conversation and dialogue, i'm just passing the word. We got two additional students who will be training with us. Yes they will be borrowing arnis sticks, but that's okay because we want to make sure that they learn the basics.

We are in Los Angeles and San Diego. We are in SoCal!!!
