Hosted by pioneers Dr. John VanDenBerg (Wraparound founder) and Jarred "Jay" Vermillion (Master Trainer), the Lounge is designed to be a peer-to-peer discussion platform. We are building a collective Club-cast where we exchange best practices, tackle complex challenges, and grow together.

Monthly Live 90-Minute Club-cast: Focused, high-level discussions addressing implementation challenges and system excellence.

Exclusive Online Space: A dedicated, private community to connect and continue deep-dive conversations with other top Explorers globally.

Complete Access: All Club-cast sessions are recorded and made available exclusively to Launchpad members.

Call for Early Practice End-Users: Pilot Program for Sidekick: Innovating Wraparound Practice

Are you ready to be a hero in the Wraparound community?

We are excited to announce a pilot program for SidekickAI: Innovating Wraparound Practice, a new Vermillion Life Circle Consulting (VLCC) heroes initiative designed to support families, staff, and communities in understanding and implementing the Wraparound process with enhanced fidelity and healing for all. This SidekickAI will leverage back-end data to inform practice and impact outcomes for all children and families.

Wraparound is a practice that requires continuous growth and adaptation. This "SidekickAI" aims to guide you through an introduction to innovation within Wraparound, building upon the core principles and processes. We will explore how to maintain fidelity while integrating new ideas and approaches.

Pilot Program Details:
This pilot program is now the VLCC Heroes Apprentice Program, a 5-week virtual commitment, with 2 hours per week, starting in September 2025. This is a unique opportunity to actively participate in shaping a tool that will empower stakeholders in the Wraparound process.

Additional Program Benefits:
1 In-Person Summit (optional, travel not included): Location TBD based on maximum geographic participant region. If you have a location to offer no or low cost, please let us know.
2 Hours of Individual Personal Coaching and Mentorship.
National and potentially worldwide community learning and networking opportunities.
