For all warriors, military service is one chapter of a much larger journey.
This week, hear directly from THF Alumnus Tomas Hernandez on the life-changing effectiveness of our program, and how it helped him navigate his transition with confidence.
Through our curriculum, THF equips Special Operators and their families with the tools to choose what comes next. Today, we invite you to invest in their next chapter.
Your support transforms years of military discipline into meaningful civilian impact. Every dollar directly helps our Fellows and Alumni build purposeful new careers where they are needed most.
Thank you for standing alongside this community and helping America’s warriors find their next mission.

At The Honor Foundation, our mission is to support our warriors as they make the challenging transition from military to civilian life.
In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, we’ve launched the 2026 Freedom Project: Freedom in Every Chapter.
Through our programs, THF equips our military, our Special Operators, and their families with the tools they need to navigate their next mission with confidence. We help our Fellows and Alumni discover new possibilities as they embrace the freedom to choose what comes next.

To wrap up our 2026 Spring graduations, we’d like to congratulate Group 133 from our Camp Lejeune campus who graduated our program last month! It was an honor to celebrate this outstanding cohort as they officially stepped into the next chapter of their transition journey. A special thank you to distinguished commencement speaker Dr. Alexander McDaniel with UNCW, for delivering impactful and inspiring remarks to our Fellows, and congratulations to our Spring 2026 Honor Woman, Kait Barnett, on this well-deserved recognition from her peers.
This milestone would not have been possible without the generous support of Carrington Charitable Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, Apollo Opportunity Foundation, NextEra Energy Resources, The Boeing Company, and the many individuals and partners who continue to champion our mission. We are also deeply grateful to our THF Board of Directors, Tribes of Support, Community Partners, Alumni, and all who joined us virtually to celebrate these remarkable men and women.
To members of the Special Operations community preparing for transition within the next 18 months: applications for Fall 2026 are now open. Learn more about The Honor Foundation and apply at honor.org/apply.

This session brings together key pillars of the veteran support ecosystem—Higher Education, Command Leadership, and Veteran Nonprofits—to help illuminate the path forward after military service. Moving beyond resumes and job placement, the conversation explores the deeper realities of transition, including identity, family dynamics, purpose, and the power of strong support systems.
