So, I decided to do some mini-workshops to give you a taste of what CONNECTION Coaching entails.

Brene Brown talks a LOT about vulnerability in bridging gaps in relationships.

I take that into the Foundations of CONNECTION, which underscore what we help families with at The ParenTween Connection.

The first Foundation is 'Create a Safe Place.' I remember asking my Facebook 'family' years ago what a 'Safe Place' was to them......SO MANY folks said they didn't know - they'd never experienced it.

I think it's somewhere that you can share that 'mess of feelings,' however real, raw, or relatable they may be.

I help folks learn how to become a safer place for the people they care about: their families, their friends, and the people they work with (both teammates and clients).
