Allison operated our Bar Method fitness studio in Liberty Station for 11 years and we sold it to combine our entrepreneurial spirits and backgrounds to grow our real estate business. Our involvement and knowledge of our area plus people connections gives our clients a competitive edge because we often know of listings coming to market before they hit the MLS. 🤫 You haven't really watched Top Gun until you've watched where it was filmed...and it's right here in our back yard.
😎 This Memorial Day weekend, the 40th Anniversary watch party is happening on the USS Midway flight deck, ten minutes from Point Loma. Same harbor the jets fly out of. Same skyline behind the screen. Rumor mill says Maverick, Hangman or Rooster might show up.
⚓️ When you live in Point Loma, this stuff isn't a tourist attraction. You hear the jets on your morning run. You watch carriers head out to sea from Shelter Island. You drive past Fort Rosecrans and Liberty Station on the way to get coffee. The movie just put a camera on the neighborhood.

😎 La Jolla v. Point Loma
🏖️ La Jolla is the postcard. It's valet dinners on Prospect Street. Tourists with cameras at the Cove. Sea lions, boutique hotels, cliffside mansions. It's beautiful, and it earns every dollar.
🏄 Point Loma doesn't chase any of that. It’s deep sea fishing to host a neighborhood dinner. Surfing at your doorstep. Sailing from San Diego Yacht Club. Dinners out where flip flops are the dress code.
