Kangaroo Cafe

The Kangaroo Cafe is a student run simulated vegan restaurant at The Urban Skills Center.

This Vocational Education class focuses on teaching the students vocational restaurant skills (e.g., order taking, money collection, food prep, cooking, delivery, cleaning). Every year each student enters into the San Diego County Fair's baking competition.
