We were born for this.

The Bond Project is on a mission to make on-site child care more accessible to new parents and the companies that employ them. We partner with businesses throughout San Diego to provide the benefits of on-site child care at a fraction of the cost of traditional programs.

Too many new parents return to work without the resources they need to thrive in their personal and professional lives. As a result, nearly half of new mothers down ramp or leave the workforce entirely within their child’s first year of life.

An employee’s decision to leave the workforce does not only impact a single family; her decision impacts the employee’s company, colleagues, and community. Our businesses and our economy will continue to suffer these losses until we invest in helping new parents better navigate the transition back into their workplaces.

The Bond Project partners with employers to provide short-term office space with on-site infant care so that new parents can return to work without sacrificing access to their babies throughout the day.
