Breaking News! Some welcome changes are coming to the ACT in Spring 2025! Most notably: it will be a shorter test (keeping up with the SAT), it will be available online (again, keeping up with the SAT), and the Science section will be optional. Please go to the FAQs page of my website (www.sdtutoring.com) to read the ACT's announcement and an analysis of what these changes really mean!

Registration for the Fall ’23 ACT Test Dates opens on July 10!
*Students can order their Test Information Release (TIR) with the September test for 2023 (TIR will not be offered in December). TIR will also be available for the 2024 April and June test dates. This is an optional service, but some students like to see exactly which questions tripped them up. (See https://www.act.org/content/act/en/products-and-services/the-act/scores/request-a-copy-of-qa.html)
*The September 9 ACT® test registration deadline is Friday, August 4.
*Be sure to register for the ACT without Writing (colleges no longer require the Writing section, so there is no point in doing this extra work)
