This incredible athlete knew she needed to get sleep to get back in shape. She knew she needed help to get to her goals!
“Every new parent goes through some degree of sleep deprivation. 💤 For our family, night times got pretty out of hand. For her whole life, T woke up every hour to every 2 hours all night long crying and needing help going back to sleep. All night, every night, without respite. We resorted to co-sleeping, nursing 4-6 times a night, sleeping with T on our chests, and still she screamed all night long. We tried everything. All of us were miserable, our brains foggy, our bodies worn down. At around her 1st birthday, we gave up. We had been waking up about every hour for a year. We searched for help. Enter After a few short weeks of sleep coaching, with no crying it out and all listening to Tomi’s needs while being comforting and compassionate, she’s sleeping 10-11+ hours per night straight though. What. A. Difference. Being in charge of a little person is hard. Get professional help when you need it. I thought I needed to tough it out and that devastating sleep deprivation was the sacrifice of being a mom, when really I was just going about it all wrong. Keep sleep coaching in mind, it was worth every penny to have our sanity again! 😊” -Jordan M., Baby was 1 year old at time of Gentle Sleep Coaching

Blissful Baby Sleep Coaching firmly rejects any ‘cry-it-out’ method (aka: extinction and graduated extinction methods). The ‘cry-it-out’ method does not help your child learn sleep skills. They just ‘crash out’ instead of learning how to self-settle and self-soothe to sleep.
Our approach to Guilt-Free, Gentle Sleep Coaching® is to create the right environment and offer the right support for your child to easily and successfully learn how to sleep well. I’m a firm believer in letting sleep science, behavioral science, and attachment theory guide your child’s learning process.

Sleep Success Story
"Bedtime was quite hectic for us to go to bed. We had introduced our newborn to the whole thing, which created a chaos in the evening at night with both of them in our room, in our bed. It started at 7:30 PM. I had to lay down with him and by the time it was 10/10:30, I would leave his room very silently. Now, we start our process after 6 and he's in bed by 7. I read his books kiss him on his forehead, say good night, turn off the light, close the door. I have my whole evening."

Sleep Success Story
"My son and I weren't very close. He just had this big mommy preference. I wanted to give up. He's definitely a happier little boy. I am a much happier dad and the bond that I've gained with my son through this process has just been invaluable. We're so much closer now than we were before."

One of the biggest misconceptions about sleep is that babies are just “supposed to know” how to do it.
Sleep is actually a learned skill.
And if you’re wondering whether it’s too early, too late, or the “right” age to get support, the good news is:
It’s never too late to help your child build healthier sleep habits.
I shared more about the best age to consider sleep coaching, what the research says, and why gentle support can make such a difference for families.
