Do you want to help Changing Homelessness house our homeless population in Jacksonville? If so, please donate to a great organization. I am not making this request without noting that many of our homeless are veterans who may suffer from mental health issues they developed due to serving our country. As a veteran myself I know how hard it can be to reintegrate back into society. I proudly serve on the board of Changing Homelessness and donate not only my time but also my money, because I want to see change.

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Let us not forget the 26 known people who were murdered in the USA due to their identity.
