Last week, we kicked of our Wellness First Series with our Trauma-Informed Yoga & Sound Healing event, led by of .yoga.
This experience provided attendees with a safe and supportive space to explore somatic wellness practices, nervous system regulation, and guided relaxation in a therapeutic aquatic environment.

Join us for the second Healing Wave Wellness Series event on October 24th!

This month, Kaitlynn Hardy from OG Yoga will guide us through a gentle and grounding yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and leave you feeling restored.

Meet Lupe Rodriguez, one of our incredible practitioners at Healing Wave Aquatics. With certifications in Watsu®, craniosacral therapy, and sound healing, Lupe brings a deeply holistic approach to her sessions.

As she describes it: “I start by opening up your chakras and balancing you out to get you to a relaxed state. You’ll feel like you’re back in the womb or floating in space.”

During Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, we’re reminded how vital it is to provide spaces of safety, balance, and calm. For many of our clients, the water is where hope begins to ripple outward.
