Definition of help: Giving someone attention back. For example: someone who’s emotionally reactive and distracting to you. If it’s a lot of pressure and stresses you out you need to communicate it, fix it, or end it. If you’re spread to thin and something bothers you, you’ll become more overactive and the little things that are taken for you will add up. The more attention some can give you back the more help they are.
